In the name of God amen. I resign my body to the tomb and my soul to God after which I will all my just debts and funeral expences paid.

It is my wish and desire that all my real and personal property be sold and all the money due me collected and equally divided among my six heirs after giving two hundred and fifty dollars to each of my daughters to make them equal with my two sons, John W. Yonts and Philip Yonts, who have received that amount in land in December 1857.

Signed the above as my last will and testament.

Philip Yonts
