January 27, 1821 - Met agreeable to appointment on saturday at the house of Mr. Dawson, and after prayse and prayre proceeded to Business.  First appointed Br. Devore Md. and Br Pugh, Clk.  A dore opened the Reception of Members, But none, then tookup the Case of Br. Watson.  The church gave him three Meetings to make use of his Letter or return it.  Then the case of Br Hartsock and the Church was satisfied with him then he applyd for a letter of Dism. it was granted him.  Our meeting in Course at Br. Dawson's.  Adjourned.     Br. Devoar, Md.    Br Pugh, Clk

February 2, 1822 - Met at the house of Bro John Routt on Saturday the 2 of February 1822 and after Divine Service Proceeded to Business.
1st - an invitation to sisters to sit with us.
2nd - a dore opend for the reception of Members
3rd - Refarences Red and attended to
4th - a motion made and Seconed that We apply to Bro. Walters for one acre of Land near the Mill & Bro. John Routt Jur, Adam Downard are appointed To act and Do for the church.
5th - all So Bro Joseph King appoin to serve as Decon in Place of Bro. John Routt sen with Bro. Downard
6th - agreed the church be ready a gainst the next Meeting to raise a fund of Money for the use of the church & all so Bro. Jno. King appointed to Keep charge of the fund and Dispose of the same as needful in the church.

Motion Made and Seconed that we invite Bro. Walter to our nex meeting & all so the Bro. Clk & Bro Patterson are to go and invite to his seat with us in the spirit of Meekness.

May 3, 1822 - Met on Saturday at the house of Bro. John Routts jur and after worship preceeded business.  1st - Members from other churches invited to a Seat With us.   2nd - an inqury for peace among us.  3 - a dore opend for the Reception of Members.  4th - Motion made and second that on Monday the 20 of this Int. that we commence in the Work of the Meeting House and halling the Logs from the old place witch Bro. John to do.  also to imploy some one to ge the Shingles and for his services he is to be paid.  Likewise, Bro. King to See to getting of the Shieling plank.  The case of Bro. 5th - Bro. Miller & Bro. Patterson appointed to cite Bro. Isaac Hartstock for failure of Duty whitch he owes to God & the Church.

June 1823 - Met at the house of Br. Walters as according to appointment the second Saturday in June and after prayr to God for his Blessing proceeded to business.  Bro Pew has Satsifyed the church Concerning the charge that was Laid against him.  2nd - the case of Isaac Hartsock calld and attended TO and from his non attention and neglect of Duty he is Excluded from the North Fork Church.  Motiond and Second that Bro Webb put the Roof on the Meeting House at workman price and take the subscripton for pay as far as the church has subscribed.  A motion Made and Seconed that the church Book be kept at the nearest house to The Meeting House.  Adjournd till nex Meeting in course.

September 1823 - Met on the 2nd Saturday in September and after prayer proceeded to Business.  The Reference Concerning Sister Morgan called for & Laid over.  A motion made and Seconded tha tthe Church prepare to pay Brother Elrods widow for his services  to this Church.  Ordered that sister Anne Browning have a letter of Dismision Done by order of the chruch.

March 1824 - Met according to appointment the Second Saturday in March at brother Wallters and after pray to god for his Blesings proceeded to Bisness.
1 - enquiry made if church is at peace with themselves
2 - sister burns Dismissed by Letter
3 - Motion made and Seconed that Brother Lay cite Brother green and Brother Washburn to the next Metting.
4 - Brother W.W. brought to cite Brother Camp to the next church Metting.

1st - a dore opend for the Reception of members
2nd - an inquiry in to the peace of Church
3rd - and as it was agreed upon The last chruch meeting to have the Core cast and made.   The work is Done.  The price is $3.00 and Brother Walters paid in corn $1.50  also Bro. Routt Jour found The Hinges & Screws price 62 1/2 cents.  Also Bro. Routt senr, Bro walters & Bro Robert booe has paid 25 Cts. each for the use of the meeting house and Bro Patterson promised $1.25 cts in specie for his part.  The Church has appointed Bro. Clerk and Bro cleveland Wright.  The letter for the assotiation.  Adjournd till Meeting in couse.

2nd - an inquiry Made for the peace of the church
3rd - The Letter for the association calld for and Red and Receivd also Their was by Miss Carriage of the Money for the Last years minuits 75 cts to whitch Bro. Cleve Land put in 25 cts, Bro John Routt put in 20 cts in silver, So that The lst years minuits is paid for 1824.  Bro Patterson put in 12 1/2 in silver for the same purposes, Bro. King put in 12 1/2 in silver.

Bro. Clevland 12 1/2 in paper Bro. Washburn put in 25 cts in paper also Bro. J. Webb Bro. walters and Bro Henry Browning each 12 1/2 whitch makes 27 1/2 cts st that we have paid for the Last years minutes 75 cts.  for this year 87 1/2 cts and the clerk 50 cts.  This done by order of the church this 20 day of August 1825.

2nd - a Charge Entered against Bro. George Pugh for the Sin of Intoxication for WHich we send Bro. John Routt junr & Bro. Kemp to answer to the same.
