1st of the godhead

We believe that there is one and only one true and living god Whose name is Jehova consisting of the father, the Son and the Holy Ghost and acting in distinct but harmonious offices  and Who are therefore one in nature power and Volitions

1nd of the Scriptures

That the old and new testaments Contain a perfect treasure of heavenly instruction that it has god for its author Salvation for its end and truth truth without any mixture of error for its matter and therefore is and Shall Remain to the end of the World and true Centre of Christian untion the only rule of faith and practice and that by which all human Creeds orders Conduct and opinions Shall be tried.

3d of a church of Christ

That a church of Christ consists of a congregation of Baptised or immersed believers Whose duty it is to attend to and Set in order the things pertaining to Gods house (under his blessing) and that its only officers are Bishops or pastors and Deacons whose qualifications and duties are defined in pauls Epistles to Timothy and TItus and that the 18th chapter of the gospel by Matthew Should be Strictly adhered to in Setling private difficulties between brethren.

4th Receiving Members

that Such and Such only as give evidence of a change of heart be that repentance toward god Which needeth not to be repented of and of that faith in his dear Son which Works by love and purpus the heart and this brought about by Grace of God and is Willing to make confession before Men and be immersed in the name of the Father Son and Holy Ghost are Suitable persons to become members of the church

5th of the duties of the Church

That a true church of christ is the Salt of the earth as a City Set on a hill Commanded to let their light Shine Should observe all the Ordinances of gods house such as partaking of the bread and Wine at Suitable times as Emblematic and in rememberance of the broken body and Shed blood of our lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to give of our Substance to Sustain faithful Ministry among us, Visit the sick, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, take care of the Widow and orphan, bid in the spread of the Gospel and every other CHirstian duty Which We learn from the Word of God &c
