3rd - a Door opend for the Reception of Members.

June 12, 1830 - The Church met according to appointment and After divine Service by brother Marshall, proceeded to business
1st - appointed brother Marshall, Moderator Levi Walter Jr. Clerk pro tem
2nd - the Covenant and Rules of Decorum Were read & brother S.W. Routt Who was appointed to Superintend the posting around the Meeting house Reported that he had made no Contact and the Church instruct him to Contract for the Undertaker to take the Work from the stump
The Church took up the Subject of Caling a preacher Refered until next Meetin

1st - an Enquirey into the piece of the Church found in peice
2nd - a Door oppend for the Reception of Members
3rd - By a Motion & Second the Church agree to Call a precher
4th - the Church Called Bro. Marshel By a Unanemous voice
5th - By a motion & Second the Church appoint Bro. Levi Walter Jur. & A. Downard to prepair a Letter for the assosation by Next Meting.

2nd - a door oppend for the Receoption of Members
3rd - our Letter to the Assocation Cald for Red and Received By the Church
4th - We appoint the following Breathering to Bear our Letter to the Assocation:  John W. Routt; George D. Routt; Levi Walter Jr.
5th - By Motion of the CHurch agreed to Change our Meeting to first Saturday & Sunday in Each Month

1st - the Referances Cald for Concerning Sister pritchards better obtained a Letter of Dismission
2nd - agreed that the following be Enterd on our Reccord as the form of Letters of Dismission:

The Baptist Church of Christ at North Fork Bracken County Kentucky.  Holding the Doctrins of Believers Baptism by immersion of Unconditional and particular Election & prdistenation of the final persevearance of the Saints throug Grace to Glory To any CHurch of the Same fiath.  Know Ye that our Beloved is a Member in full fellowship with Us and Regularly Dismissed from us When Joind to You.
Done at our Meeting for Buiseness this Day and date above.

4th - agreed that $1 of the Same be appropriated to the printing of the Minutes of the assocation.
