Seeking any information about the SHASTEENs who lived in Henry Co. J.Logan, Nannie and Sarah SHASTEEN and Elizabeth and Prentice WINTERS are buried at New Castle cemetery. These were my great-grandparents, great-aunts and uncle. My grandfather was Tommy SHASTEEN, married to Virginia BLACKABY, daughter of Effie and Elza. They all moved to Jennings Co., Indiana after the '37 flood. I would appreciate any info possible.

I am trying (and having no luck) with my gggrandmother Elizabeth Jane WOODS -b. 1851-1855 shelby co. m. J. W. HARP in 1872 in Henry county. In the Henry County Census 1860 it shows Elizabeth and two of her sisters living with a Cathorine THURMAN age 50... Can anyone tie into this...I have hit the biggest brick wall on finding Elizabeth's parents.

I am looking for info on George WINBURN who married Mary ? about 1860 in Henry Co. They had a daughter, Laura Virginia, born about 1880 who was supposed to have been raised by a neighbor after Mary died. George died about 1920-1925. Any help appreciated.

I need help, again... Elizabeth Jane WOODS whom married J. W. HARP in 1872. Is my gggrandmother. She was born between 1851-1854 in Shelby County. I cannot find anything on her. A nice lady not long ago looked in the 1860 census and found Elizabeth and two of her sister living with a Cathroine THURMAN age 50.
